I'm really let down by Cosme-De. I spent close to 1000 pounds on their site, waited almost three months, and got nothing in return. My order went missing, and I've been reaching out to their customer service daily to track it down and request a refund, but no one seems to be helping me out. I've lost a significant sum and wasted a ton of time trying to sort this out. Just a heads up, be cautious when shopping on this site.

This company is just plain awful, seriously don’t waste your time. They throw around a bunch of discount vouchers when you sign up, but none of 'em seem to have any real terms or conditions. Once you load up your cart and try to use those codes, they just don’t work. And good luck trying to get a discount after you’ve placed your order; every single person I’ve talked to there just doesn’t give a hoot. Once they’ve got your cash, it’s like you don’t exist anymore. Even if your items show up damaged, they won’t take them back, refuse to give you any compensation, and are just generally unhelpful, ignoring your emails.

What’s up with this 30-day money back promise? How’s a buyer supposed to know if they’ll be happy with it without opening the package? Just by peeking at the box? LOL! You really gotta lay out your terms and conditions more clearly. That’s not a true money back guarantee; it feels like misleading advertising.

This company is selling FAKE SKII. Seriously, steer clear! ❌❌❌ I've been a loyal user of SKII for years, especially the Facial Treatment Essence (Miracle Water) and Genoptics Aura Essence. I know how they should feel, smell, and work. But the SKII I got from Cosme-de.com? Not the real deal. After trying it for over a week, the Genoptics Aura Essence left my skin looking DULL, and those dark spots? They're getting worse by the day. The genuine SKII I used before always brightened my complexion. It's clear to me now that this company is pushing FAKE products ❌❌❌❌. I reached out to them, but they wouldn't accept returns or take any responsibility. I ended up wasting nearly $770 USD. This company does NOT stand behind what they sell. Just don’t make the same mistake I did. Spend a bit more and get your SKII directly from their official website for the real stuff.

I’m really let down and feel like I got duped. My daughter, son, and I all started getting itchy faces after using the products I purchased, which were SKII, Avene, and Elizabeth Arden. They claim you can send it back if it’s in the original packaging, but how can you tell if it works unless you actually open it and try it out?

Initially, I had some doubts and was a bit cautious about this website. But, the prices were really great, and I couldn't locate the item I was after anywhere else. I figured I'd give them a shot, and I was happily surprised. The package showed up in less than a week via FedEx and was packed really well (those glass bottles).

THEY KEEP REQUESTING A QR CODE FROM ME. I GUESS THEY HAVE MY INFORMATION ON THEIR SITE. I SENT THEM MY DETAILS, BUT THEY CONTINUE TO ASK FOR THE QR CODE. WHO KEEPS THE BOX AFTER OPENING IT? I TOSSED IT OUT WITH THE TRASH.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my recent experiences with COSME-DE.COM, I just had to share my thoughts! I’m giving them a solid 5 stars and posting this on both Google and Trustpilot.

I made two orders totaling nearly $1000, placing them on a Thursday night Pacific time (which was Friday morning in Hong Kong). To my surprise, they processed and shipped my order the very same day, and I got it by Monday morning! I even checked the production dates for the Sisley skincare items I ordered on checkfresh.com, and they were all made in late 2020! Everything was spot on and just like what I’ve bought from other places.

The same speedy service happened with my second order for different brand products – I received those in just 3 days!

I’ve told my mom about this site and highly recommend it to others because of its unbeatable prices, great product quality, and lightning-fast shipping!! :)

Shipping was super quick based on what I saw. The DHL guy delivered it on a Sunday (had no clue they operate on Sundays, haha). Plus, the products are the real deal.
